How did you select Strong Vision Data Processing?

We did research for a type of firm with multiple skill sets. We went forward with Strong Vision due to Swapnil's communication and and effort.

For every project that I have used Strong Vision's help for, Swapnil and I will set up a zoom call. I will screen share the instructions and he will record it to so he can share with his team.

If there are any issues, he will reach out and ask questions immediately. They are very thorough and make sure they know all the details for any project they work on.

Very flexible billing. For this project, we billed them based on hours. I believe they are very willing to change this up depending on the project type.

What was the team composition?

My main point of contact has always been Swapnil. Based on scope of project, he assigns the amount of individuals he feels are necessary to get the job done.

Statements were always returned on time with zero errors.

It was wonderful. Swapnil needed very little lead time before the start of a project. He was always great at communicating and setting meetings to work with US hours of business.

I am a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Chicago, and I work on one of our research teams as a supervisor.

What challenge were you trying to address with Strong Vision Data Processing?

We turned to them to help us digitize a significant amount of data that was very badly formatted in its physical copy.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They basically went through tens of thousands of pages of old books and took images, and then manually turned those into excel spreadsheets that were well-formatted and easy to sort through.

We worked together for two years, at any point in which they were processing a huge amount of data. We would provide them with a segment of documents at a time, which they would digitize and send back to us, and then we send them more documents. The process has almost been completed.

What is the team composition?

I corresponded entirely with one member of their team, but I believe there were at least five other people involved in the project.

How did you come to work with Strong Vision Data Processing?

I initially found them on freelancer.com and narrowed It down to them out of 20 groups that applied to our bid.

How much have you invested with them?

The total cost was about $27,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started the project in December 2018 and wrapped up around June 2020.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

At one point we had some other people transcribe files to compare with Strong Vision’s, and theirs were significantly more accurate, which we were very pleased about. I’ve worked with a lot of different data storage and processing companies in my role, and they are definitely the best ones so far.

How did Strong Vision Data Processing perform from a project management standpoint?

Their team is also very responsive. We communicate over WhatsApp and email and use the Google Suite to share files and information, which makes the process almost completely seamless.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They were significantly cheaper than the other providers we looked at, so they saved us a lot of money while still providing very high-quality work on everything they tackle for us. Those are the two main categories we’re looking for, and their team hit it out of the park with both.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think there’s anything in particular that I think they need to improve based on the tasks we’ve given them.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Give them a sample of what you need, and then when they finish it give them feedback on that sample. As long as you make sure that they know what you’re looking for before they dig into the really large quantities of data and images, they’ll deliver a final product that fits all of your needs.

I am the owner and founder of 82 CLASSIC, which is a web design and video production company. We design small and large websites and offer video production. Our clients include nonprofits, for-profit companies, and entrepreneurs.

What challenge were you trying to address with Strong Vision Data Processing?

I needed help scraping content from one site and accurately placing it on a new development link for my clients. Frequently, clients have an existing website with many pages of content that all need to be migrated to a new site.

What was the scope of their involvement? 

I use Strong Vision Data Processing specifically to help me gather data and content and migrate that copy or media to another platform. For posts to pages, they do the work effortlessly. They’re excellent at grabbing any type of content and putting it wherever it needs to go. To date, we have probably worked on 16-20 projects together over the years. I really like the team.

I found Strong Vision Data Processing on Freelancer.com. Sometimes it’s hard to tell what you’ll get from those type of sites. Based on their area of expertise, I couldn’t have selected a better partner to help me.

We’ve been working together since 2013.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Strong Vision Data Processing makes our company look really great. It’s easy to let them know I need something, and they get it done. I’ve grown to trust the quality of results they deliver over the years. There’s no need for me to look it over to make sure it is correct.

Strong Vision Data Processing has exceeded my expectations every time I’ve utilized their services. We always receive great feedback on the projects we finish together. It’s a nice feeling to get positive input. Their performance is excellent. They are always on time or deliver way before the set deadline. 

How did Strong Vision Data Processing perform from a project management standpoint?

I can email Strong Vision Data Processing whenever I need, and they’re very responsive. Even when it’s crunch time, I can contact them at the last minute, and they will get the task done the next day if not quicker.

We mostly use email to communicate. Occasionally, we use Google Hangouts to ensure everything makes sense, especially for bigger projects.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Strong Vision Data Processing is very responsive in our email communication. Their attention to detail is impeccable. There hasn’t been a single time when they’ve made a mistake.

Are there any areas they could improve?

If anything, my only constructive criticism would be to bolster their marketing. They should pay for advertising or do an SEO campaign. They do such good work that more people should hear about the services they offer so they can grow. Many people would benefit from their services.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be prepared to be impressed and for all your deadlines to be met. Other organizations that need similar help will find it easy to work with them. Their affordable price is one of the main reasons I’ve continued working with them until this day.

We tested various data processing vendors and Strong Vision far exceeded our expectations in timing, budget, and data quality!

We created a global SOP for data product processing. Then as each vendor submitted data we created a specific sop for Strong Vision to follow. Form there they would process the data and deliver it to us.
