We needed help with processing MLS compliance paperwork and customer support related to MLS compliance.

What was the scope of their involvement?

MyOutDesk teammates processes thousands of MLS compliance-related requests per month with minimal supervision. The team communicates with external customers and internal teams about compliance requests and issues. They also file tickets internally for any compliance issues that require engineering intervention. The team primarily works through Salesforce and our own internal tools.

Our contract has been ongoing for several years.

I started working with them in November 2023, though their relationship with my company was already established, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

MyOutDesk closes approximately 3,000–4,000 cases each month. In general, customer escalations have become less frequent due to the quick processing time and thorough work of the team.

They continue to deliver excellent service both internally and to our customers on time. We communicate via email and messaging apps.
