our VA is FT; she handles sending monthly emails to employer group clients whose insurance is renewing.  She runs quotes for people shopping for Med Supp and Int'l travel; she sends emails on large rate increases; she processes the intake forms for Medicare, prepareing an agenda for my mtg, running quotes, entering data in the Data base and quoting enging, and emailing the client and assigning a task for me to schedule the meeting. She also assists with website development, YouTube Thumbnails, and Linked in social media posts.

We hired MOD to find a FT employee; this is not a 'project'.  this is ongoing, daily work that needs to get done.  We have employed the VA for 3 years now and plan to keep her for many more.

yes.  Again, this is going back 3 years now.  I had a consultation; learned the process and fees and contacted them when I was ready to interview.  I had 4 or 5 candidates in under a week.  From there, we hired Rea Ratty and she is still working for us today.

This is an example of one project that she's been involved in that she's been highly successful and continues to be. She is also working on numerous other power checks and doing a great job.

 I think My Desk has done a good job. The only thing that I raises concerns sometimes for me is the security of information and the access for some logins. We have combat this by having a workstation in our office that RVA can log into to gain access to some of those system, such as financials banking, sensitive informatHIPAA compliance is something that need to make sure or relaying and making our VA aware of that

They answer emails from our customers, supporting all aspects of our SaaS DAM platform. 

The can range from password resets, to template changes, to e-Commerce assistance, all the way to SSO setup and DNS record checking. 

Two of them also cover weekends for me. 

One of our key deliverables in First Response Time, and they help me keep that under an hour consistently while keeping CSAT over 90%
