Managed all sourcing of candidates and helped facilitate a screening process that involved us and our opinions. Dealt with all payments to the virtual assistant and helped facilitate feedback conversations and checkins after we were paired with an assistant.

Our virtual assistant is excellent and I went from spending several hours a week on daily operations to make sure the company runs to 1 hour every 2 weeks. The company is functioning well and performing well too.
