I've worked closely with Mark, and their supervisor was oversight his works and check in with us to make sure we are satisfied about their service and expertises.

A lot of projects are completed successfully. Marc who is working for us since we joined in the service, he accomplished successfully his Marketing research, and handling various tasks, CRM tools, and on going projects really well. Overall, we are so pleased to work with Mark.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had a regular meetings with their supervisor to go over progress, services, and next steps. We communicate over email regularly and they give is regular check in and updates. They are very responsive and always adapt to our feedback and implement it quickly.

They are very easy to work with, responsive, committed, and responsible. I like this company is offering a dedicated expert like Marc to work with us and invested in his careers. They truly care about our needs and want to help us reach our goals. Simple payment process is also help them to reach the global clients like us.

I was not involved in the beginning of narrowing down the firms but the final decision was made based off speaking to other agents who used Fusion and confirming the quality of their work.

They take direction fairly well. If they are doing something differently than what you want, they will listen to your direction and make the changes.

At first there is a learning curve and the time it takes them to get something done is longer than if you did it yourself but once they have the process down they do speed it up.
