Our company engaged a Creative Designer through BA Global Talent (Belén) to support brand and packaging design work for our clients. The engagement has covered several separate design projects — including education one-sheets, a sell sheet, and packaging design — each scoped independently, with deliverables provided as final design files following brief-and-revision cycles with the creative team. She is currently working on an in-store brand display for another client.

Belén has been responsive and reliable throughout each project, consistently meeting deadlines and turning around revisions quickly.

She communicates directly and clearly on progress, and takes feedback well — often incorporating it same-day. She's also shown initiative beyond what's briefed, proactively suggesting improvements to the assets rather than waiting to be asked.

BA Global Talent made onboarding and ongoing project management straightforward — invoices could be split cleanly by project, and their team was quick to respond to any process questions.

Check-ins felt pushy at times, coming even before projects were underway—it felt more geared toward hitting recruiting numbers than genuine account support. A lighter-touch cadence, reserved for actual milestones or issues, would help. There were also unexpected calls and messages to colleagues who weren't anticipating that outreach.

We hired a multiple positions from BA Global Talent:

• Marketing Talent: In charge of all things social media. Posts, stories, videos, interactions with customers, optimization, etc.. Our hire was responsible for the our entire customer facing presence across all social media platforms  
• SEO Talent: Created and optimized our SEO strategy to make sure that our B2C coffee brand remained number 1 in the specific google search rankings. Compiled a complete SEO market overview with key word identification and competition.
• Front End Developer: Created our bespoke online website where the customer would place their coffee bag orders to then be shipped to their doorstep. Ensured that the website ran smoothly and was optimized across all devices.

The measurable outcomes from all the projects was the completion of the projects on time and on budget as well as the ongoing maintenance associated with each project. There is nothing better than finding great, reliable talent that completes the goals agreed upon.

We saught an employee to assist with email marketing. The goal was to come up with content that fit the time of the year, told our story, and had a creative sales incentive for our database. An email marketing platform, design, and format also needed to be conceived. A draft was due a week from the start of the project and we agreed on a final revision 3-5 business days later. This process was then repeated for multiple email marketing campaigns going forward.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were able to track the success of the campagins by looking at click rates, opens, and conversions. The campaigns eneded up being very successful and we were extremely satisfied with the work that was done!

Yes, all deadlines were met. Our employee was great at communicating and we had no issues with responding to our needs.
