Using Google Meet and Slack, we were always able to achieve excellent communication through video and audio calls, and they did so with respect to the time differences between us. Perhaps most important of all, they set clear expectations at every point of communication. They never set a deadline they couldn't keep and were very consistent at keeping to their cost estimations.
