      We talked with many larger temporary staffing firms to fill this gap. Many had a difficult time understanding what our exact needs were (Oracle expert with financial knowledge and experience) and none of them could provide a local resource. Traust was able to provide multiple candidate options within days. As it turns out, although we had a local resource assigned, we were able to seamlessly work with him in a remote setting which we were happy to accommodate.

He has been supportive, but there is only so much he can do from his position, given the guidelines we've provided from our global organization. I have a very good working relationship with Cirrius Solutions' team. They're cognizant of what we're trying to achieve, and we've been able to bounce ideas off each other, trying to keep a good vision of our goals with no internal communication struggles.
