Right from the initial conversation and consultation to prototyping and finally developing the app, Aglowid has been more of a partner than an outsourcing app development company. They took my idea and developed it into something better while keeping the authenticity of the idea intact. I was particularly facing client retention issues due to COVID-19 regulations and the inconsistency of gym opening. They built in a 'Fitness at home' regime by documenting my personal trainers for a basic home workout routine integrated into the app for members to use. This helped me retain more than 70% of the clients I would have lost to COVID-19 irregularities. The way they look out for their clients, and not treat their clients as an outsider. They take on the project as if they’re making an in-house app for their company and the dedication, experience, inputs and readiness for pushing their limits puts their clients at ease, making them feel secure about their investment.
