The fashion retailer faced siloed systems for e-commerce and in-store data, limiting cross-channel insights. We integrated multiple data sources—POS, loyalty, campaign, and transaction data—into a centralized data warehouse and designed a BI data model for the Customer Intelligence department. The solution enabled cross-channel performance analysis, customer segmentation, and lifetime value reporting. As a result, P&C now knows their customers better than ever before.

We partners with CaseWhen to simplify how we manage payroll, clinician performance, and practice data by replacing manual spreadsheets with a single, reliable system built in Power BI. The goal was to reduce administrative time and make it easier to understand what’s happening across the practice without double-checking numbers each month.

Austin at CaseWhen set up automatic data pulls from our EHR, built clear and consistent reports in Power BI, and incorporated our compensation and sick-time rules so payroll calculations are accurate and repeatable. 
He also created easy-to-read Power BI dashboards that show appointment outcomes and provide monthly and quarterly snapshots of clinician performance, something that is invaluable and will provide helpful, digestible outcome metrics to both myself as the practice owner and my employees.

The end result is a clear, trusted Power BI reporting system that saves time, improves accuracy, and makes it much easier to manage and scale the practice without added administrative burden.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project significantly reduced the time spent on monthly payroll and reporting by eliminating manual spreadsheet work and repeat data checks. Payroll calculations are now consistent and repeatable, which has reduced errors and increased confidence in the numbers.

We also gained consistent visibility into appointment outcomes and clinician performance through Power BI dashboards, allowing leadership to review monthly and quarterly performance more quickly and communicate expectations more clearly. Overall, the system improved accuracy, saved administrative time, and made it easier to manage and scale the practice without adding operational complexity.

I came into the project with a clear vision for what I wanted to achieve, but no prior experience with Power BI. He took the time to understand how our practice operates and translated that vision into a functional, easy-to-use system.

Project management was well organized and responsive throughout. Deliverables were completed on time, communication was clear, and feedback was incorporated quickly as the project evolved. He was highly responsive to questions and proactive in offering solutions, which made the process efficient and collaborative.

CaseWhen partnered with Samba TV to rebuild their core performance dashboards as part of a broader move to Power BI. Samba’s teams were used to a legacy reporting tool, so the challenge was to modernize the stack without disrupting how people worked. Using a large flat data set in Azure Synapse, we translated a complex set of reports into a single Power BI experience that feels familiar but is far easier to maintain and extend. Together with stakeholders from analytics and revenue operations, we co-designed executive and operational wireframes, agreed which fields belong on each page, and aligned on how key metrics and time-based views should behave across dashboards. Throughout the project we worked closely with IT on data access and refreshes, and with business owners to validate both logic and layout. The result is a modern reporting layer that gives Samba TV a clearer, more consistent view of performance – without requiring anyone to be a BI expert to use it.
