The project management of the whole delivery was exceptional, first class. It really mattered to BTV that they delivered on their brand and maintained their reputation as a professional production company. We had tight deadlines to meet, but BTV planned in advance with us, working backwards to make sure there was time to cover off any contingencies. Even though they are a relatively small business, it was surprising how much skill and knowledge they had in dealing with the varying demands of corporate businesses, as well as the ever changing needs of customers.
