The video was used in membership collateral, sent privately to prospective members. There is no doubt that the quality of the video, its shooting, and, importantly, its beautiful editing, created the emotional response we required.
We increased the number of prospective members who then visited the club. Membership of the club increased by approximately 20%. The video was
an important element in selling the brand experience and inviting customers to visit Italy and sample the club.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Excellent. Initially, I worked with the company MD on the brief, and then with the production crew to plan the shoot. They take time to understand the brief, ask for insights, and suggest creative solutions to enhance the video.
On location, they are self- sufficient, professional, and hard-working. They are always a pleasure to work with and are flexible if plans need to change/adapt.
What did you dnd most impressive about this company?
Ultimately, you judge the finished product and whether it fulfills the objectives. In this case, we required a world-class video to communicate the new brand positioning we had created for our client – and then use the video to help commercialize our offer, in this case, sell private club membership. We achieved our objectives on both counts and the content is still being used.
Are there any areas for improvement?
We were highly satisfied with the end product and the manner in which it was delivered. The combination of quality, effectiveness, and value is unbeatable.
