      Overall project management was good and CTI responded swiftly and positively if and when there were parts of the project that weren't meeting our needs, especially when we needed to overcome difficult internal stakeholder management. The project was delayed by 3 months but that was due to The Donkey Sanctuary setting unrealistic deadlines initially. Account management and communication was excellent, felt like a collaboration.
