Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the CMO at Págalo. We are the first financial integrator of financial process. We enable the Order to Cash generating electronic bill, AI collection, accounting and financial reconciliations, flow cash reporting and AI prediction and payments schedule.

Hi have selected Xperience for design the whole customer experience with their Service Design team, UX and UI experts.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Xperience has a good will, proved track record expertise in designing from the concept to the UI.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

In each product Xperience start from the customer validation needs. Then they realize and national and international process/product/UX benchmark in order to design Págalo final offer including concept, flows, UX and UI

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

In total we have 6 dedicated resources and 2 part time consultants.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We define Xperience responsibility of the total design. It means they have no only to design in the early stage of a product implementation but also to audit and validate the product as the customer will use. So Xperience is also part of our certification process.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We integrate Xperience as part of our team, as we work agile each one of the Xperience representatives has a function and roll del defined, with mandatory deliverables and rolls. In this way we guarantee the success of working together.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Xperience first think in the customer need, the in Págalo business requirement generating constant innovation for our customer channels we will support our business.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We are really satisfied with their work. Today we do no have any issues to escalated.
