The objective was to ensure a more efficient, compliant, and scalable RCM process so our internal team could focus on core business growth.

Outsource RCM managed end-to-end RCM for Back Office Pro, including billing, coding, claims processing, denial management, AR follow-ups, and reporting resulting in faster payments, fewer denials, and improved cash flow. The team was primarily involved in insurance eligibility verification, medical billing and coding, claims submission, denial management, and AR follow-ups for Back Office Pro.

Overall, the experience with Outsource RCM was very positive. The only area for improvement could have been more frequent performance updates in the early phase of the project. Aside from that, their execution, responsiveness, and results for Back Office Pro met expectations.
