We recruited eesel AI to improve our customer support experience, to automate repetitive tasks, and to give our team access to an educated AI on our company information, primarily.

Our main correspondence was with Amogh and Katelin who were both very professional and collaborative. We had quite a few virtual meetings and email chains to get things started. Now that we're up and running we may send them an email from time to time if there's a bug or issue we run into. They normally get back to us quite quickly and work with us to make sure everything continues to run smoothly.

Easel seems to offer the same, if not a better service to alternatives for a better price. For an AI company, they come across as quite 'human' and pleasant to deal with
