ITS Canada performed big tasks in the agreed upon time frame and continually updated me on the progress. They communicated and explained everything clearly to ensure I understood exactly what was being done with the our programs and data. With respect to ongoing issues, the response time was almost immediate, usually within a minute or two. They truly provide excellent customer service.
