Whenever their staff needs something, they tell us about it and are very agreeable when discussing costs that need to be divided. As for collaboration tools, Ensitech uses Jira for project management. Additionally, they use Google Docs for file management, Google Calendar to schedule Google Meet and MS Teams meetings, and email and phone to communicate.
