2. The site should be a single page application where users scroll through the content. Navigation can be aided by using bookmarks to jump to specific locations on the page. 
3. The final content will be supplied by HypoTech. 
4. The preliminary menus (links) are <Our Mission>, <Products>, <Benefits> and <About Us>. 
5. Also include a menu for <Join the waitlist> 

The website will be developed using the following technologies: 

1. Nextjs for the frontend
2. Nodejs for the backend (data collection for waitlist)
