Miyagami

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m a project manager at helloprofs.nl, a platform where clients and freelancers can register their collaboration to comply with laws and regulations.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What specific goals or objectives did you hire Miyagami to accomplish for your platform in the financial services sector?

We needed help building our platform's version 2.0.

SOLUTION

Can you describe the scope of work Miyagami handled for helloprofs.nl? Please include the main deliverables if you can.

Miyagami has helped us create a Minimum Scalable Product (MSP) for launch with at least the same capabilities as our platform's version 1.0 but on a newer framework. The team has been responsible for all the features of our platform.

What is the team composition?

We work with 2–5 teammates from Miyagami.

How did you come to work with Miyagami?

Someone referred Miyagami to me. I chose them because they were a great culture fit, had good value for the cost, and had AI capabilities.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in April 2026, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Miyagami has completed the features one by one. Our internal stakeholders have given positive feedback. We first created a feedback round on our platform's version 1.0 with our current customers, and with that input, Miyagami started building version 2.0.

How did Miyagami perform from a project management standpoint?

Given all the circumstances, Miyagami's project management has been very good. We communicate via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and emails or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive or unique about them?

Miyagami's ability to adapt is impressive. The team has been able to understand our end customers and be in sync with our company goals.

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the CEO of Tecán, a tequila brand inspired by the vibrant, confident spirit of “bacán,” aiming to bring fun, energy, and a sense of celebration to every gathering.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Miyagami?

We needed to replace separate, unconnected tools for sales, stock, and targets with one custom system that covers the whole Tecán business, from B2B distribution to the consumer side. We also wanted to connect B2C marketing data to B2B sales so the team could see which marketing efforts actually drive orders from bars, restaurants, and retailers.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Tecán was running sales, stock, and marketing in disconnected tools. Miyagami first mapped those workflows, then replaced them with one custom platform covering B2B account management, the sales pipeline, inventory, and targets and goals. By linking consumer marketing data to trade sales, the platform lets Tecán’s management see in real time how consumer interest turns into orders from the trade. The collaboration continued after go-live, with Miyagami providing monthly support and new features as the team and its sales approach evolved.

What is the team composition?

We worked with 2–5 teammates from Miyagami.

How did you come to work with Miyagami?

Someone referred Miyagami to me. I chose them over other options because they were close to my geographic location, their pricing fit our budget, and their company values aligned with ours.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from October 2021–August 2024.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The biggest change is that we now run the business from one system instead of separate tools for CRM, stock, and targets. The team has a real-time view of accounts, stock levels, and progress against goals, which saves a lot of time on manual updates and reporting. We can also link consumer marketing to trade sales, so we see which campaigns actually lead to orders from bars, restaurants, and retailers. That has made our sales and marketing decisions much more data-driven. Reporting that used to mean pulling data from several tools is now instant, and the team always works from the same live numbers on accounts, stock, and targets. On the marketing side, we can finally see which activities lead to trade orders, so our budget and sales decisions are based on actual data rather than gut feeling. Sales meetings and planning sessions now start from the dashboard instead of from separate reports, and questions about stock or account status get answered on the spot.We also see it in onboarding: new team members get up to speed faster because everything lives in one system. When we review campaigns, we judge them on the trade orders they generate, which simply wasn’t possible before.

How did Miyagami perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management was structured and transparent. Miyagami took the time to understand how our business actually runs before building anything and kept us involved throughout with regular updates and clear priorities. Deliverables arrived on time, and when our needs changed along the way, they handled change requests quickly without derailing the planning.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What stood out most was how well they understood our business, not just the technology. They took the time to learn how a drinks brand works, from distributors and venues to consumer marketing, and built a system around that instead of forcing us into a standard tool. They also stayed involved long after launch, growing the system with us as the team and our sales approach changed. It felt like working with a partner rather than a supplier.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there weren’t any.

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the co-Founder of OGSM.com, a business services company. We help organizations turn ambitions into actionable strategies using the OGSM methodology. We provide expert consulting to develop, implement, and align strategic plans across teams for lasting impact.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Miyagami?

We needed to create a future-proof website that could handle our growth and be measurable, trackable, and easy to adjust.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Miyagami redesigned and rebranded our website. They started with the design, almost like a brand book, to understand what we liked and didn’t like. They also designed a new logo and created a sitemap. Miyagami provided us with the materials, tools, and training to ensure we could use the website ourselves.

What is the team composition?

We worked with 2–5 teammates from Miyagami.

How did you come to work with Miyagami?

We found them through an online search. We chose them over other options because they had high ratings, their pricing fit our budget, they were a great culture fit, and their company values aligned with ours.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent around $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from November 2025–January 2026.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We saw a massive uplift in website visitors and downloads. Our visitors increased from a few hundred to thousands per month, and our downloads increased from 1–5 to 15–20 per day. We saw these results within a few weeks.

How did Miyagami perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They really thought with us. Miyagami was creative and daring enough to say no.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there wasn’t anything they could have done better.

Miyagami ran discovery, design and development for an AI-native property manager for private landlords. Inbox does tenant communcations. Rental Income monitors payments, contract expiry and rent indexation. Portfolio keeps property data, documents and compliance in one place. AI agents handle each task.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

A one-week discovery locked positioning, target customer and a three-pillar MVP (Inbox, Rental Income, Portfolio), validated with an interactive prototype before development started.
