Our experience with Shipbots was overwhelmingly positive, and they consistently delivered on expectations. If anything, the main opportunities we saw were around tightening a few operational workflows as we scaled. During high-volume periods, more proactive communication around inventory levels or in-transit restocks would have helped us plan ahead even more confidently.
