1. Overview Warehousing, order fulfillment, inventory management, shipping, returns processing, and freight forwarding for physical goods sold through direct-to-consumer (DTC) channels and Amazon within the domestic U.S. market.
2. Services Provided A. Warehousing
Receive inbound shipments and inspect for damage or discrepancies. Store inventory in a secure, climate-controlled facility. Maintain inventory in a clean, organized, and accessible manner. FIFO or FEFO inventory rotation as applicable. B. Order Fulfillment
Pick & Pack: Accurate picking of items from inventory and packing per order specifications. Kitting: Assemble kits as required for promotional bundles or subscription boxes. Orders to be fulfilled for both Amazon and DTC channels. C. Shipping
Prepare and ship approximately 500 orders per day. Carrier selection and rate optimization for domestic deliveries. Same-day shipping for orders received by [cut-off time, e.g., 2:00 PM local time]. Tracking information to be provided for all shipments. D. Returns Management
Receive, inspect, and restock returned goods as appropriate. Document condition of returned items and provide reporting to client. Dispose or quarantine non-restockable returns as directed. E. Inventory Management
