What challenge were you trying to address with Fulfillment-Box?

I hired them to store my goods and ship them to Amazon fulfillment centers.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Fulfillment-Box provides us with fulfillment services in several countries. They provide an online system using Ysell.pro software that gives me information about my products and where I can create shipments. I can also connect all my marketplaces to this system. The system has a dashboard for me to see all the warehouses, products, and stock. I send containers to their fulfillment centers, and they receive and unpack everything.

From there, they put the products into storage, after which I decide which packages I forward into Amazon fulfillment centers and which ones I'm storing in Fulfillment-Box's centers, which they can ship directly to customers. The team also provides labeling services and helps me determine if my products are in a sellable or non-sellable condition. They also change the packaging if necessary.

I work with one main point of contact. If he's not available, another teammate helps me.  

How did you come to work with Fulfillment-Box?

I met one of Fulfillment-Box's teammates at an Amazon sellers forum while looking for somebody to provide fulfillment services in one of my territories.

How much have you invested with them?

For each warehouse, I pay a minimum of $2000–$3000 and a maximum of $15,000–$20,000 monthly.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started the partnership in January of 2022, and it's ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I measure success by the efficiency of Fulfillment-Box's system. I've had no issues with the system; it would be very hard for the team to make any mistakes because it's very accurate. Additionally, the system is suitable because I don't have to do anything when I have a sale on Amazon. The system takes the order from Amazon, generates the shipment, and then sends the tracking number back to Amazon. Moreover, I always get real-time inventory data from the system.

How did Fulfillment-Box perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management works well. Although we communicate with Telegram, we don't have to talk to them very often. I just create the task for the warehouses in the system, and they carry it out.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I'm impressed with Fulfillment-Box's system and the fact that they're almost everywhere. As a result, I only have to work with one company that provides services for me in every country I need. Moreover, they have no capacity constraints.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No.

Any advice for potential customers?

I would advise anyone to try them out. I tried Fulfillment-Box in one marketplace, and I liked their service so much that I started to work with them in more countries.
