When we have technical issues, I can always ask BIOS Technologies for feedback on what's going on. David (Managing Partner) and Kevin (Strategic Technology Advisor) have always been very responsive when I've needed to reach out. Corey (Network Engineer) and Blake (Virtual CIO) are very helpful at help desk services.
