      IT GuidePoint managed the project well. We had clear and regular communication. I formally met with Don once a week, but we talked frequently when questions arose. David checked in with me every couple of weeks to see how things were going and address any of our concerns. To communicate, we had the project plan in an Excel spreadsheet because it allowed everybody to share the file. We also used emails, phone calls, and Teams. A lot of our work was done virtually.
