Custom WordPress Website Redesign Planning and Project Management:
- Information architecture, requirements analysis, site planning, project plan and project management
- Kickoff teleconference to establish sitemap and content flow
- User interface design strategy and layout of website sitemap
- Up to 100 static web pages Design Elements
- Creation of two prototype mock-ups for home page based on client direction and web strategy
- Refinements to selected home page prototype
- Creation of up to 3 inner page prototypes
- Refinements to inner page prototypes
- Up to 3 interactive site elements
- Homepage slider, carousel, lightbox, parallax scrolling, expandable content, customized Google Map, image hover effects, tooltips, expandable quick contact form or video background
- Up to 10 hours included for these items
- Branding is needed to begin the design process
- Changes to branding after prototype creation/during the build would be completed billable at a rate of $150/hour
- Changes to branding will impact the timeline. Updated timeline will be provided by the project manager
Responsive Design:
- Framework will support optimum viewing on all standard devices
- Building and designing in a fluid grid follows Google's best practices for responsive designs

- Uses relative units like percentages instead of fixed-width units like pixels
- Uses media queries to modify the design in ways that suit different screen sizes

Assigning a team member who resides several time zones away is not optimal. They were accommodating to our schedule but it there was a lag in communications at times.
