Our client retention rates are high and we haven’t had any client unhappy with the work delivered through our partnership with Virva Infotech. In terms of tactical metrics they have been hitting the mark on site speed and core web vitals.

Their project management skills are one of the main reasons we work with them. We have had the same project manager since day one. As a team they are very active in our Slack channel. We use Monday.com for our project management and Jira to track their daily progress.

Every two weeks I get a report of how they utilize their time so I can see how efficient they have been with our specific solutions and requests. Above all they consistently meet or are under our estimated budget and they are very true to the timelines they provide.

Also I like their flexibility. We’ve had some projects where the scope or deliverables changed but the team did a great job of adjusting the team and timelines as needed.

Virva Infotech built the entire WordPress website from scratch, starting with wireframes. We provided them with our full design wheel and asked for some changes.

Their team added functionality to the site so users could quote insurance and sign documents. They did a ton of API work to integrate the website with DocuSign, Infusionsoft and G Suite.

Our website is one of the first front and back end life insurance platforms. We had someone do an online application for life insurance, sign with DocuSign and process the application all online. Before the new website this was a 5 step process. Virva Infotech cut all those steps out. They saved us a lot of time and designed the website so we could make changes ourselves.

Their team is amazing. I’ve worked with many companies over the years and I can’t say enough about Virva Infotech. We recently spoke to another company that spent over $1 million on their website. Ours is honestly more functional.

Virva Infotech built a philological web app. The project started with a thorough discovery process that resulted in a Figma prototype. Development was done in two-week sprints with video calls between our team and Virva Infotech.

These calls were used to address any issues that arose during development and brainstorm ideas for improvements. The end result is a powerful web application that lets multiple users collaborate on creating, processing and discussing scholarly editions of texts in multiple witnesses.

Working with Virva Infotech put our project on the fast track. Deadlines were met despite the complexity of our project and occasional hiccups. Virva Infotech brought in extra resources as needed to keep the project on track.

Management was transparent and hassle-free. We communicated mainly through Zoom and occasionally Jira. The project managers adapted quickly to our humanistic, non-technical language and translated it for the development team.

We used agile development. Each sprint was a feature or service we could test live. Virva Infotech did great job of testing all the work. By the end of each sprint, everything delivered was also tested. So we could move fast and smooth through all stages of development. Progress and success was clear by whether a feature worked as expected and met QA standards for UI and code.

Virva Infotech project management was top-notch. We had a great project manager, Magda. We used JIRA, Git repo, dev and deployment server, MS Project for roadmapping. Virva Infotech integrated seamlessly into our existing system.

Despite the timezone difference, we were always up to date with deliverables, team capacity and blockers. Magda was often pushing us to go faster on API development to meet the schedule. She is world-class! Virva Infotech is world-class!

The main feature of the app was to record audio and video anonymously and provide the location of the user.

Virva Infotech delivered the application with good quality. The team fixed the bugs found during beta testing and their testing team was impressive.
