My virtual assistant provides comprehensive operational and marketing support for a creative design and strategy studio. Her scope of work includes project coordination, meeting and schedule management, and vendor communication to ensure seamless workflow across multiple client accounts. She supports content production through research, copy preparation, art creation, and social media scheduling. She manages Mailchimp audiences and campaigns, assists in the development and staging of Meta ad campaigns, and oversees social media posting across multiple platforms. Her technical support extends to light website maintenance, including plugin updates, and platform management in ClickUp and Asana. Her reliability, attention to detail, and ability to learn new systems quickly make her an indispensable part of my team.

Since onboarding my VA, overall operational efficiency and marketing output have improved significantly.
