I’m the founder of an education company. We help organizations create inclusive placements and experiences for disabled students by identifying barriers to employment. Our goal is to increase workforce participation among disabled students.

Paragon Sales Solutions has created a mentoring handbook, which is a workbook for students. The resources and mentoring handbook will enable students to benefit from lived experience mentoring to build workplace skills. It will also help create partnerships with businesses. Paragon Sales Solutions has also created resources that showcase our services and the benefits of working with a lived experience consultant.
