• Stephanie (Client Services Specialist) is a strong and dedicated team member who plays a vital role in our daily operations. She manages our support email inbox, handles daily phone calls and client outreach, assists in training our MyOutDesk employees, and consistently demonstrates leadership and reliability.
• Christopher (Client Services Specialist) is our longest-tenured MyOutDesk team member, approaching nine years with the organization. Over the years, he has become a subject matter expert in unemployment claims management. He works closely with our third-party vendor to oversee the entire unemployment claims process and consistently excels in this role through his knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Jayson (Client Services Specialist) serves as a one-source solution for many critical processes within our department. He manages all state wage audits and oversees client and employee wage verifications with efficiency and accuracy.
• Karen (Client Services Specialist) has taken on a wide variety of responsibilities. She manages POA forms between our clients and unemployment provider, oversees our private SDI coverage, and handles employee disability claims for New York and New Jersey.
• Ally (Client Services Specialist) is our newest MyOutDesk employee and is currently in her first year with the team. While still learning and training, she has already become a valuable support resource by assisting Stephanie with phone calls and participating in our client outreach program. She has shown a willingness to learn and a positive attitude that will continue to help her grow within the role.

Everything is tracked on my CRM system.

He has handled almost all tasks relating to our payroll and billing, including processing, editing and submitting invoices for payment.  He also handles all the individual shifts in regards to submitting payroll each week.  He does this with a deadline and does his job very efficiently.
