She consistently provide excellent customer service, has great attention to detail, and communicates effectively with both our team and our customers. She is a very quick learner, always willing to take on new challenges, and never hesitates to jump in and help wherever needed. Her dedication and positive attitude make a huge impact on our company, and we truly couldn’t be as successful without her. Moreover, she successfully answer calls and text messages for three territories and respond to customers in multiple email inboxes daily. They consistently meet their KPIs, which include an 85%–90% technician utilization rate, no more than 1–2 schedule gaps per technician per week, 100% of prepaid PMs scheduled within five business days of payment confirmation, and 100% accuracy in the weekly on their reports.

Their support is very good. They consistently check in to make sure we’re happy and that there are no issues. MyOutDesk provided an outstanding customer service rep that answers incoming calls for several territories, schedules 8 technicians and helps with additional office projects.

MyOutDesk listened to what we needed, provided several amazing candidates and once we chose one they made sure the onboarding process was as smooth as possible. We had bi-weekly check ins to make sure our virtual assistant was performing her tasks to our standards and want feedback on how they could improve.
