I’m the COO of the Brightside Academy, a child daycare provider.

We were looking to solve HR issues.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We were looking to bring in a VP of HR. They stepped in to act as the VP of HR and oversee the rehaul of our HR department from recruiting, to staff retention, to discipline, to reviews, to everything in between. They restructured and reorganized our entire HR department.

We've also engaged them on other projects, like digital marketing, data entry assistants, and customer service. They also worked on social media. They worked to build a better website too, to allow people to sign up, leave reviews, and more.
