Working with Booth & Partners has been a transformative experience for our company, which lacked structure before. Sarena has executed every objective thrown at her, from managing our financial budgets and converting from cash to accrual to putting together excellent intensive utility reports on cost recovery.

We’ve given her so much work with little to no prior training from us, yet she has still been incredibly efficient and done an excellent job. For example, one specific task alone would have taken me three months to complete, but she was able to do it in two days.

How did Booth & Partners perform from a project management standpoint?
Booth & Partners has performed well in terms of project management. They deliver on time and within budget and communicate well with us.

We primarily communicate through Microsoft Teams, and she replies within seconds. We also communicate through phone calls and emails, and she usually responds within 24 hours, if not the same day.

Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?
I would like to give a shout-out to Sarena. Keep up the great work!

What did you find most impressive about them?
As someone initially hesitant to work with an overseas partner, I was very impressed with Booth & Partners from the first interview. Before our first meeting, I had already spent weeks meeting individuals on Indeed, and nobody had met the expectations of our baseline job description. Booth & Partners was able to present me with three very qualified individuals within two weeks after just one or two meetings with them.

Are there any areas they could improve?
No, all of my expectations have been exceeded.

Finding talent in all locations can be challenging, and Booth & Partners has helped us find the resources we needed. We've expanded the original scope with the support of Booth & Partners and the talent available in Manila.

We have regular meetings with the talent acquisition team, including weekly and monthly meetings. We also have quarterly engagement meetings to discuss how the partnership is working. We communicate via Microsoft Teams, email, and video conferencing. Our people performance manager based in Manila works closely with Booth & Partners' team and occasionally has in-person meetings. We don't have a project-based engagement since Booth & Partners builds our team on an ongoing basis.

Our account managers are B&P are great. The hiring process was made really simple for us, and we found the calibration sessions we did after our first couple of interviews to be extremely helpful. We were able to advise what we though was right for us and what we felt was lacking and they tailored future candidates to meet this better. We now have 25 agents working with is on an ongoing basis, and B&P is very responsive to anything we need.

We've been so pleased with our overall experience with B&P. The agents are of a very high standard and meet all our requirements, the team at B&P are extremely responsive and supportive. We have had great success with scaling our business with the help of these agents.

For more than 2 years now, B&P is our EOR in the Philippines and thanks to them we were able to locally hire 3 employees (soon 4).
