Supply chain inventory planning portal development, maintenance and support.

Floated an RFP and from the empanelled list of vendors, we selected Full-stack techies based on the internal selection process.

Developed .NET applications hosted on Azure cloud - for inventory planning. It started with a milestone based development and currently, Full-stack techies manage on-going support activities.

During the first phase, there were 5 member team for development. After the development phase, we have a 2 member developers take care of on-going enhancement and support.

Development phase completed as per the schedule. Tested and delivered as per the plan. The same team maintain the support activities.

We were looking for cost effective good quality hands-on software developers.

We found Full-Stack Techies through web research. We qualified them with a pilot project and then onboarded a couple of developers.

We wanted to develop a custom build document management system for our client to manage thier new sale and resell, service delivery and warranty side of business. We had our internal business analyst collecting specifics to the development and provider helped us with development.

We had two discussions with Full-Stack team and started with a two weeks of engagement. After that, contract was signed.

Developed a client-side application with cloud integration. The application could store various document types including image files, word, PDFs, e-mails, and spreadsheets. Our working experience with this team is excellent as the developers are smart and professionals

We used the provider Slack communication channel and it was flowless

Starts with an online coding test. Once the coding test is cleared, our internal technical panel conducts the technical evaluation. Also, the team lead takes care of the final selection.
