The project management has been excellent. They provided us with access to Jira so we could always see the project’s progress. In addition, the project manager kept us updated about what had been done by sending reports every two weeks. She was very helpful and always available to answer our questions. We used Google Meet, email, and WhatsApp for communication.

The project is still on-going, however, with their help we have managed to accelerate the timeline by approximately 45-60 days. The time difference is always a challenge with remote workers but Dirox works hard to mitigate or reduce adverse effects through their team leads and project managers. Their ability to respond to our needs at lightening speed...faster than we are sometimes prepared for.
