The SOW was primarily to design & implement new UX/UI strategy for our global brand website. The agency delivered multiple new blocks & pages to be used across the site by our affiliates and teams. It provided new way to present information & showcase branded content on our global platform. They unlocked the power of user experience to better suit consumers' needs and help us strive for more SEO performance thanks to graphic design and mechanisms.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have seen considerable organic traffic growth but also very good feedbacks from our affiliates regarding the new blocks & pages available to enhance branded content. It also helped us to capture more branded search demand due to a more intuitive, more performant content online.

The agency is very proactive, people involved in our projects were always reactive and available to discuss and challenge our needs. They delivered everything in a timely manner as specified in a retroplanning agreed at the beginning. They are professional, hard workers and nice people which help to share confidence !

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are super knowledgeable about what we asked them to do but also very responsive, available and they are able to challenge our questions which is always appreciated. Also, they know our internal ways of working which is a huge advantage when working across different teams.

Are there any areas for improvement or something IZZY Agency could have done differently?

They could maybe integrate a tool for planning to make sure we keep track on what needs to be delivered and when. A comprehensive tool that could also be moving accordingly to the back & forth needed for review, etc.
