I guess these were the deciding factors.

After we approved them as our mobile app development partner, we organized a kick-off meeting where we discussed our goals, defined the project scope and timeline, selected the tracking tool, etc. The team at Managed Code started by creating the UI/UX design for our app. Then, we outlined the requirements for each module. When the modules and design were completed, they put together the backend and linked the application with the database. After QA and testing, our app went live.

In addition, the project manager kept us updated about what had been done by sending reports every two weeks. She was very helpful and always available to answer our questions. We used Google Meet, email, and WhatsApp for communication.
