They deliver value by keeping their costs on the lower end and working very hard. Other companies are quick to send a bill and deliver a piece of work that isn't done or isn't very good. It's been just the opposite with Vardot: the product is very high quality and a great value. They try harder than other companies. We had so many requests for them to change things once they delivered the site and the book building app. They've been so good about listening to us and actually doing the things we ask.

Their project management was good. Considering this aspect, they did an excellent job carving our weekly time on Fridays to talk. Those were very productive calls where they would present their work for the week, and the team consistently delivered work ahead of the calls for us to review. There were also times when things slowed down on our side, and they were very flexible and amenable to those delays.
