BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I work for an airline services company and am the VP of Marketing & Communication. I oversee all branding and communications projects, including oversight over four websites.

For what projects/services did your company hire Treeline, and what were your goals?

We have worked with Treeline on the development of two stand-alone websites, an e-commerce section of an existing website, and maintenance of all of our websites.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I have worked with Treeline for about a decade or more through various companies, and have always enjoyed their flexibility and willingness to help us solve our problems. They are responsive and always willing to help.

They have built two Drupal sites for my company, one WordPress e-commerce site, and they assist with the maintenance and ongoing development of an additional WordPress and e-commerce site.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I have worked with various project managers and developers. All are flexible, responsive, and easy to work work. Leo has done the bulk of our development support and is extremely responsive and reliable.

We see consistent metrics on our site and are happy with the results of all projects.

Their team is very laid back and easy to work with. We typically have a weekly or bi-weekly sync-up to discuss upcoming initiatives and increase the frequency if we are working on a specific deliverable. We also communicate often via email.
