Every time there was a challenge, they were transparent and kept us informed. There was a point where we were ready to give up and move to a back up mobile app solution, but Lucid pushed through and even flew over a replacement headset from Ukraine to London, and they didn’t charge us for the flight and transportation. Be explicit that you want honesty and transparency; at least if you have that, you can plan accordingly as any issues come up rather than being told what problems there were when the project is done or deadlines aren't met and you're not quite happy.
