Inifinity Up has provided several resources who started our unity project and have continued to work on the product as its grown into what it is today. this includes things like: UI/UX, Artwork, Game Dev, 3D Modelling

Inifinity Up basically handled the development of this project from Day one, they were responsible for creating the prototype version of the app which included 3d islands, modelling Ui implementation etc... as we hired in house Infinity Up assisted with the progression of the development into what it is currently with the major help of Adnan Malik, Rahmat, Adnan Bashir and Hafeez (who has been great as hes been kept on the project)

Building the prototype of our videogame, which is a fishing simulator developed on Unity in C#. The project has been divided into 8 milestones, each including: 

• A system of our game
• A QA session

The key steps were:

• deliverable of the fishing mechanics.
• deliverable of the UI map and user journey.
• deliverable of the inventory system (collecting and consuming items in-game).
• deliverable of the quest system (story and game objectives).
• deliverable of minigames for variety.

Mainly deliverables added to the project's repository. Still, updates were given through direct mailing and cloud documentation that were periodically updated and notified.

• There were not fixed deadlines, but they delivered on average one mileston per month, that was incredibly valuable. 
• Deliverables themeselves were generally perfectly working, with minor issues that were fixed after little time after receiving feedback.
• The project was managed through repository (github) and cloud documentation (google drive), and both were used professionally with constant updates and cleaning.

• INFINITY-UP is extremely flexible with requests and addresses feedback immediately. 
• The project was not an usual game and mechanics are very particular, still it was delivered precisely and documentation were kept clean and used as main reference.

Expected timeframe & Milestones:
