Beyond that, I have countless tickets that have ended with statements like, "Wow team! My mind is blown." Their deliverables continue to get better and better over time. They adapt well and they speak extremely well english. Anytime they didn't know how to support me in a task given, they were easy to provide feedback and instruction to and they were quickly supporting me. They transition well and they find ways to improve processes. I simply couldn't imagine doing business without them.
