      Their project management is top-notch. They come to every meeting fully prepared and on time. They have a set agenda and very clear communication. They’re always able and willing to indulge us if we want to steer the conversation to a different place or if we need to talk about something other than what they had planned. They’re very accommodating. They bring a lot of expertise and tools. They’re always very communicative and knowledgeable. Whatever questions we have, they always have data to support them and answer them. We typically communicate via email and have our biweekly meetings on Google Meet.
