I’m a senior manager at HRProbe, an all-in-one HRMS and payroll software platform tailored for Indian businesses. We automate HR tasks such as onboarding, attendance, payroll, compliance, and leave management to streamline workforce administration and boost productivity.

We needed help with SaaS development for our HRMS and payroll platform. We needed a scalable architecture to optimize the backend and improve performance and business functionality.

What was the scope of their involvement?

TechSingularity handles end-to-end SaaS engineering for our HRMS and payroll platform. The team has delivered and enhanced key parts of our platform, including employee onboarding and management, digital doc workflows, attendance and geofenced workforce tracking, leave and shift management, payroll-related workflows, role-based access and permissions, notifications, backend APIs, database structures, and administrative functionality.

Moreover, TechSingularity has worked on backend services, integrations, queue-based processing, deployment support, security improvements, performance optimization, and technical implementation required to operate the platform in production. The team has also worked on deployment, queue processing, security, reliability, and ongoing platform improvements to support a scalable production environment.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

TechSingularity has delivered a production-ready HRMS and payroll SaaS platform with core employee management, onboarding, attendance, leave, doc, and payroll workflows delivered and operational. The team has also improved backend performance, reliability, queue processing, and notification infrastructure, enabling the platform to support ongoing workforce operations and further feature expansion on a scalable architecture.
Moreover, we’ve received positive qualitative feedback, particularly around the platform's usability, reliability, and ability to support day-to-day HR and payroll operations from a centralized system. Our internal stakeholders also value TechSingularity's responsiveness to changing requirements, technical problem-solving, and continued improvements to the platform as new business needs emerge.

Are there any areas they could improve?

As with any long-term software project, there have been opportunities to improve planning and documentation as requirements evolve. More upfront technical documentation and earlier finalization of certain requirements could have reduced iteration during development. Overall, these have been manageable challenges, and TechSingularity remains responsive and adapts well as the project progresses.
