I'm the HR Senior Director at a mid-size Biomedical company in South Central Texas.

For what projects/services did your company hire TAS United, and what were your goals??

We are a 24/7 operation and need to provide support to employees who might need medical assistance after regular business hours. TAS United helped us relieve the occupational nursing staff by providing directions for urgent care to employees in case of night time incidents.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched for message centers online and selected TAS United due to reputation, proximity and affordability.

They provided coverage after 5:00 pm, on weekends, and holidays. We worked with our account representative to script responses to be given to our employees. We were notified of incidents by TAS United via email and phone.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

We worked with our account managers and had regular feedback sessions, sometimes to adjust our script or to discuss expanding time of coverage.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the service?

We were at risk of losing our occupational nurse, who often worked day and night to keep up with call volumes. The HR managers took turns offering backup on weekends. With TAS United, the extra work for our team was greatly reduced.
