We are an outsourced contact centre, specialising mainly in taking inbound calls on behalf of our many clients. We can patch important callers through to you, or simply take the details and send you an email and/or SMS: you decide what works best for you. We also do outbound, but not cold calling: we don't like it, and we suspect your potential customers wouldn't either. Our clients range from one-person businesses to global companies.
