1. CRM Module: 

• Scope: Lead generation and management, conversion into opportunities. 
• Key Deliverables: Customized Sales Person's app for lead creation and follow-ups.

         2. Sales Module:

• Scope: Conversion of leads into opportunities, creation of sales quotations, and customization of sales order fields.
• Key Deliverables: Reseller module for enhanced sales activities, backend customization for personalized orders.

         3. Manufacturing Module:

• Scope: Processing orders through work center creation, manufacturing order, and standard manufacturing workflow.
• Key Deliverables: Bill of Materials (BOM) configuration, product generation, work order line settings, and master production schedule.

         4. Inventory Module:

• Scope: Management of inventory and warehouse systems, generation of delivery orders (DO) post manufacturing.
• Key Deliverables: Efficient inventory management, streamlined warehouse processes.

         5. Purchase Module:

• Scope: Tracking procurement functions for accessories required for customized gifts, managing purchases from various vendors.
