I'm the CTO of a mid-size tech company, developing financial products with blockchain.

We needed backend and front-end developers to build automation tools to speed up some internal processes

How did you select this agency and what were the deciding factors?

We got recommended to Mouts via professional network, and after talking with their team, we found alignment and fit between our needs and their professionals and skilled team.

They provided 2 engineers and a project manager, taking care of the entire development of both backend and front-end services, helping to also define the solution architecture and discuss infrastructure requirements and design with the infra/devops team (which is an external partner).

Describe the recruitment process in detail.

Discussed the project and skills required with the account manager, which then reverted back with quotes based on skillset. After agreeing on hourly quotes, we proceeded to choose the professionals allocated to the project.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

With their support, we were able to develop the required backend services and frontend to help us automate some internal processes and reduce the burden of manual processes, human errors, etc.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The whole team was remote, but we found no issues in having them integrated into our team. We setup 2-times per week meetings to align, discuss, monitor and review the ongoing work. Their professionals also actively helped in discussions with other third-party providers, joining external calls and engaging in discussions needed to get the job done.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were highly qualified professionals able to adapt to changes and make active suggestions to improve the product and processes.

We had some issues with salary definitions for new hires. Over time we were able to adjust to the ideal model.

I'm the Product Owner of Aurora Program in the IT Transition Area at the world's largest brewer.

For what projects/services did your company hire Mouts IT?

Aurora Program is the biggest SAP S4Hana Project Implementaion in Brazil, it's an over 7 years project with over 40 applications to be implemented for several zones. The objetive is to globally transform our core business. We have contracted Mout's to bring us qualified professionals in every level, mainly as a Transition Manager, Security Professionals, ITSM consultant and Performance Managers.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Mout's has had a great relationship within the Company for years and that's the main point to keep business ongoing.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

Last year the project team worked to develop and build SAP, non SAP applications and microservices that are complement to SAP S4 Hana and worked on the transition to Operations, managing Security and Compliance deliverables, KT, Hypercare Plan, Support Model design, User management Access, CAPEX/Opex plan and x-charges.  Now we plan 2023 for the next roll outs and Go lives.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Since last year we had a Transition Management team with 5 Transition Managers and 1 ITSM Consultant, also 3 Transition Managers from Security Team and 3 Performance/Service Managers from the Operations Team.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The main outcome is the Go Live we had in August and another in September for Brazil plants, it was a challenging experience and our team was part of this big and successful moments. 

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Working with Mout's support is very smooth in every way, they are always opened for feedback and always ready to attend our demands on a timely manner.

Mouts has a culture of working hard and staying humble and this is what makes them unique.

Not for the experience we have had along of the last year and for the resources that supported us.
