What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Flexibility. Moree provided ultimately flexibility. Typically with programs of this nature the end always looks different to the start and although there was good consistency nothing was out of the question which allowed us to generate a far better ROI than initially expected. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Moree could have done differently?

A different approach to data sharing could have been explored during onboarding. We moved to a CRM integration model via Hubspot but we didn't start the partnership with this as the primary data exchange model.

Brilliant management from day one! During the first 4 - 6 of onboarding Moree made it their personal objective to understand the detail of our business. 

We then scheduled two calls per week with both teams to share campaign success and agree next steps. Without this approach the campaign I have no dount the campaign would have failed.

The quality of the output is beyond expectations. The meetings all fell without our ideal customer profile and met the crieria we had outlined during onboarding.

This isn't our first experience of using an outsourced b2b lead generation service and it's fair to say it's been really smooth compared to other experiences.

We wanted to identify our ideal customer profile which Moree supported brilliantly. Following the identification of the correct data we instigated a campaign approach to drive new business opportunities for our field based teams.

Ultimately we would measure the success of the activity based on number of new business opportunities and the audience exposure of our brand. We are able to measure both of these key outcomes through the data and analytics provided by Moree but also the changes in our sales pipeline and feedback from the field representatives.

A few things spring to mind:

1. Their desire to understand our business, goals and objectives. Going slower upfront allowed us to go faster as we moved through the campaign.
2. Data access was comprehensive. The data sources provided by Moree offer not only volume but also accuracy. No fluff! They understand sales!

10 qualified meetings completed. Any meeting that didn't meet the required qualification criteria wouldn't be included in the 10.
