We have an internal system for managing our legal documents, debt collection papers, and client information. Due to our field of operation, we are allowed access to a special database called Regix for gathering information about debt holders. We are using this database daily for our work, but since we didn't have a proper integration to it via our internal software, it was making daily operations cumbersome.

And so, we decided to use Regix's API to optimize our operations and ended up hiring Lexis Solutions for this. While developing this solution, we also noticed that the postal codes for a lot of the Bulgarian addresses coming from Regix's side weren't that accurate. Due to that, we hired Lexis Solutions to also build us a custom module for correcting the postal code automatically.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The work was organized on a weekly basis with small demonstrations and alignments. Since the work involved our software, too, we used our testing and production setups, so the team from Lexis was introduced to our IT processes.

They were methodical and consistent with their communication. We initially spent some extra time discussing and onboarding Lexis to our sphere of business and existing solutions, but afterward, we didn't have many delays and are overall happy with the speed and quality.

We were impressed with their flexibility and dedication to the project. We also liked their style of communication. The meetings we had were efficient and straight to the point.

We prefer meetings in person. However, the Lexis team wasn't always available in person, so we had to move a lot of our discussions online. This sometimes led to difficulties in our demonstrations and discussions.
